I have never really liked the idea of managing static web pages, so I never got into it. One is called <a href="http://infinite-sushi.com/software/ecto/" rel="nofollow">Ecto</a> and the other is called <a href="http://ranchero.com/marsedit/" rel="nofollow">MarsEdit</a>.
